Problem/Motivation

I need to use the module on a specific domain on a site using the "domain" module.
Can you tell me how to add the ability to restrict an agreement to a particular domain if the "domain" module is to install?

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Adds a (alter?) hook to alter the found agreement, which would allow a custom module to ignore an agreement.

New hook added.
AgreementHandler implements new interface, old interface remains for backwards-compatibility in case anyone is implementing it.
