Rethink the misconceptional "Center Icon" Option

Currently, it's pretty unclear what exactly this option does.

I guess the idea was to center the icon in relation to the text contents, but this feels kinda weird. It may should center both, its also possible that the option isn't necessary at all.

We first need to figure out what alignment options we will need to cover. Currently we have:

1) "Symbol Position" (radios)
- top
- bottom
- left
- right

2) "Symbol Options"
- Center Symbol (boolean)

3) Text alignment provided by the drowl paragraph settings

Next: Check out what others did for this element - Wordpress Elementor:

1) Icon Alignment
- left
- top
- right

2) Vertical Content Aligment
- top
- middle
- bottom

3) Content Aligment (affects icon & text)
- left
- center
- right
- justified

==> Doesn't look like a perfect/intuitive solution also.

Needs to be discussed.
