Add a machine name to shipping methods

Problem/Motivation

Shipping methods are content entities and don't get transferred from installation to installation. As a result, they have to get recreated to the live environment.

When integrating with 3rd-party systems (eg. ERP), the only unique information you have is "id" and "uuid". These are autogenerated though and may be different from dev to stage to production. A manually-typed machine name field would be more convenient to be used.

Proposed resolution

Add a machine_name property to the commerce_shipping_method entity.
