Fields "Question title" and "Question description" visible for reCaptcha challenge type.

Problem/Motivation

When adding captcha field and selecting reCaptcha challenge fields "Question title" and "Question description" are still visible and they don't have meaning with reCaptche.

Steps to reproduce

Add captcha field to some form, select reCaptcha challenge type. Fields "Question title" and "Question description" are still visible.

Proposed resolution

Hide fields when they makes no sense.

It is not possible to save a form with an empty field description (/admin/config/people/captcha). On load it's Again with the meaning (by default)

@Promo-IL: Of course, it is. These are no required fields. We've got them empty in a lot of projects.

Go to
/admin/config/people/captcha
to remove it in the base language

/admin/config/people/captcha/translate
to remove it in the translations.

Even after save, it's empty.
