Not all terms are processed in some circumstances

I was able to reproduce it by:
1. create a new tree of terms
- term 1
-- term 1.1
- term 2
-- term 2.1
2. create a new node and select term 1.1 & term 2.1 terms.
3. remove term 1.1 term

results: the user cannot see the term 2.1 term.

The MR with a fix was merged.
Changes will be added to the next release.
