Support bulk operations in core media library

Problem/Motivation

Our content editors primarily work within the core Media view. It seems the existing image_style_warmer action plugin currently supports/targets File entities specifically, making it only available in the core Files view (Please correct me if I am mistaken). With Views Bulk Operations enabled, the provided action plugin is not available under "Select Actions" within the core Media view.

Steps to reproduce

Using:

  • Drupal 9.2.x
  • Views Bulk Operations 4.0.x
  1. Go to Structure > Views > Media
  2. Add views bulk operations to displayable fields
  3. "Warmup Image Styles" (currently) does not appear as an option under "Selected Actions"

Proposed resolution

Implement an action plugin specific to the core Media - Image bundle. Overall, functions the same as the current image_style_warmer but targets Media entities.
