Library loaded before jQuery

bootstrap.min.js is placed before jQuery leading to typeof jQuery to be undefined.

Install bootstrap_library 2.0.1 via composer on drupal 9.2.7.

Remove weight (-48) in bootstrap_library.libraries.yml
