Choose view modes width + height fields appear on

Problem/Motivation

It would be a nice to have to have a setting where an administrator could choose the view modes the width + height field appear on.

Scenario we are in is that we are using responsive images in a few of our view modes. And Drupal doesn't allow passing of width and height attributes to responsive images (I think that would defeat the point of responsive images). But the width and height fields being present is misleading to the user.
