Problem/Motivation
Created custom theme and I am using layout builder.
Custom layout has title region, tags region & breadcrumbs region.
When I clear cache, all nodes from content types that DO NOT use Layout Builder's "Allow each content item to have its layout customized." option work perfectly.
When I clear cache, all nodes from content types that have checked the option "Allow each content item to have its layout customized." option will make the title, breadcrumb and tags disappear.
Steps to reproduce
- Have custom layout with a title region, tag region & breadcrumbs region.
- Enable layout builder on content type and check "Allow each content item to have its layout customized."
- Go to a node of this content type and override the design by creating a custom design that includes title, tags & breadcrumb in their designated regions and save.
- See that node looks good. Now, clear cache and the title, tags & breadcrumb regions are missing.
- If you try to edit the design, those regions are no longer visible and you cannot edit them. The only way to get them back is by truncating all tables that start with "cache_".
Not sure if problem is with layout builder or layout discovery, but these regions/blocks disappear after clearing cache.
I tested on different themes to make sure my theme is not the cause and it also happens on Bartik.
All nodes of the content type that has checked "Allow each content item to have its layout customized" are affected. They do not need to override design to have the title, tags & breadcrumbs missing after clearing cache.
Any ideas what may be the cause?
