Proposal is to update composer.json in module to handle the custom dependency from module's json.
On September 15th 2021 the ms-dropdown library has been updated to version 4, which removed the jQuery dependency from the library.
The older version 3 which is required by this module to be able to use the Marghoob Suleman Dropdown isn't available anymore on github.
Try to configure the language dropdown switcher block with the Marghoob Sulemann Dropdown jquery library.
It will tell you the library isn't installed. The link in the error message leads to the github page where you can only find the new version 4 of this library.
Update the module code to be compatible with the new version 4 of ms-dropdown without jquery dependency.
