Join Slack url seems to link toward internal/private slack

I can confirm that this exact problem is happening again. I am unable to join Slack unless I have an association.drupal.org email address.

I guess the link needs to be updated again.

Rotated this morning.

We do this once a month, but it looks like that may not be often enough sometimes.
