Problem/Motivation

Google Play has added required fields to podcasts using its platform that involves adding additional elements and the googleplay namespace DTD. I am using the Podcast module for work and I took it upon myself to add those elements to the module so we would be compliant with Google Play and increase distribution.

Proposed resolution

I'm including in the first comment the patch I made that I think, upon review, should be added to the master branch.

    We're having issues submitting a new podcast feed to Apple Podcasts. Upon further details from Apple Support, they indicated that their internal teams have found that the inclusion of this <podcast:transcript /> tag in each "show" section is preventing submission from happening.

    I am attaching new patch file that stills support <podcast:transcript>tag for the PodcastIndex schema but will not showing it if the url and type are empty.

    Rerolled patch #6 into an MR above.
    First time doing it so please let me know if I missed something. Noticed a couple tests failed but marked as allowed to fail.
