AVIF markup is rendered when no processor is configured

If you want to use GD from core you'll need ✨ Add support for GD Needs review which requires a core patch as well as a PHP version compiled with avif support. Otherwise you can use Imagemagick with the imagemagick module → or cavif with the avif_lib module → .

I think if no processor is configured we should not preprocess the responsive image formatter

@mstrelan, I opened a merge request testing the avid processor config. Let me know if I should update the tests also.
