Fix auto sizing of the Media Library modal when editing with the CKEditor

Problem/Motivation

This happens when I am trying to add a media inside the WYSIWYG at first time

Steps to reproduce

1-Open WYSIWYG
2-Click a media icon to attach media
3-The popup will be open but it shifted to the end of the screen.
