Lumturio & system status with Drupal 9 & Drupal 10

All changes related to updating the project were made in #3418273 📌 Setup GitLab CI pipelines for phpcs, phpstan, eslint, composer validations Fixed issue.
It also contains updates to set the correct version of the Drupal core (8/9/10).

I'm sorry @AstonVictor but it's absolutely not fixed

Lumturio event doesn't work at all with Drupal 10, websites are all "unreachable"
