Problem/Motivation

📌 Apply width and height attributes to allow responsive image tag use loading="lazy" Fixed

Steps to reproduce

Given that media images are using the responsive image styles system form Drupal core
When the HTML tag for the <picture /> or <image /> tag is loaded in the page
Then dimensions of the image are not placed in the HTML.. only in the src or srcset
And that bring some slow work in a Browser rendering for the image
And style flicks in some points of loading and rendering of the page.
