I am using Highcharts' pie chart to display gender distribution for webform submission.
The pie charts works properly if there is data for more than one categories.
Example: Males: 2, Females: 20, Others: 0
However, the labels are removed completely if there is data for just one category.
Example: Males: 0, Females: 9

I don't know enough about why this was added to remove it.
