Move templates to correct folder

Templates should be in the /templates folder.
The current path is views_fieldsets/views-fieldsets-[TYPE].html.twig

Sould move the files to views_fieldsets/templates folder.
views_fieldsets/templates/views-fieldsets-[TYPE].html.twig

Cause of this moving we need to change the hook_theme().
