Currently, our Paragraph cutline option just adds a cutline with a static style defined by the theme.
Recently, a customer used the image Paragraph to create its own cutlines in other colors. A creative but technically worse solution.
So we should consider enhancing this option by:
- color (equal to the box-style colors)
- size/thickness/width
- directions left & right (currently only top & bottom)

Yes, we should add this as a UI style if the existing border + spacing options are not enough.
