We have a requirement where a user base would like to be able to assign replies directly to another user.
When adding a reply to an existing note, the assign field is hidden until editing the field.
Display the assignment field. Though this may not be a broadly useful feature so I would recommend hiding this behind config if the hiding of this field was for a specific UX reason.
