Handle 'IN' operator

Problem/Motivation

Currently, only = and numeric operators are supported. If for example a contextual argument is used with multiple values and OR notation (joined by '+'), the argument is ignored.

Proposed resolution

Attached patch adds handling for the IN operator, used for e.g. contextual arguments with +.
