Add the option to customize the language names

Problem/Motivation

At some case is needed to show a custom language name
In example: when some language has two o more ways to call this and the public of the website has one that is not the international rule.

Proposed resolution

- Add to the "Display format" list the new option "Set custom names"
- When the user select this, shows a text inputs for any language when the user can override the label.

Remaining tasks

- Update the plugin configurations to get the options at this block: lang_dropdown/src/Plugin/Block/LanguageDropdownBlock.php
Ajax should work to get inputs after choosing "Set custom names" option.
- Update the way that block in GUI shows the language names in lang_dropdown/src/Form/LanguageDropdownForm.php
