Media Library is currently hard coded to use the media_library display mode.
However, there should be an API or configuration option to allow site builders to specify a different form mode based on their specific requirements/content.
TBD. Preferably introducing a new configuration to Media Library which achieves this. Or the introduction of an API that allows contrib modules to manipulate the form display.
