Block title should be the parent level menu

If you have a menu with the following structure:
a
-a1
-a2
b
c

Navigating to the all sub menu page (a1, a2) should show the parent level menu title as the block (a) not the active trail

Have an option to always display the parent menu title instead of parent active trail

Sorry I am closing this, I believe there is an option for this currently as "root", #2950943: Add links to menu parent block title → . Also the MR referenced is for a different issue, please don't cross post @nikhil_110.
