Local videos do not work quite right with media hero slider right now

Problem/Motivation

Local videos added to a Hero Media Slider are not playable becausemedia controls missing right now.

It seems that the formatter module used to rendering videos has a bug preventing video controls from working entirely.

I tested this one with The latest version of edge, Firefox and google chrome as well.

The Autoplay feature works if you change the configuration within the local video media type. But Video controls are not useable because they do not come up in any browser. In Firefox there is a big play button rendered but the video doesnn't start, if you clcik the UI element. This Element does not show up in edge and chrome either.

Steps to reproduce

Install 9.x-alpha
add video to Hero slider
Try to play it logged in or logged out

Proposed resolution

Maybe it is a Z-Index thing I am not sure

PS: I do not know how it is intended. but If the slider should just play video slides automatically you just forgot to activate the autoplay button in the display formatters settings right now.
