List Paragraph: Add the ability to link list items

@thomas.frobieter what do you think? This will need config changes, I think? So should we do this now or never?

Oh, this is quite easy. I killed the whole bundle as it's useless ;D Using a text paragraph and a list style in CKEditor is much more comfortable and linking items is also possible.
