Problem/Motivation

There is an undocumented dependency on the Drupal update module resulting in errors during a cache rebuild.

Steps to reproduce

Setup a Drupal 8 or 9 site and install the prod_check module. Perform a cache rebuild.

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function Drupal\prod_check\Plugin\ProdCheck\Modules\update_get_available() in .../web/modules/contrib/prod_check/src/Plugin/ProdCheck/Modules/ModuleList.php:105

Proposed resolution

Add the dependency or update prod_check to be completely functional without the 'update' module.
