D7: Integrate invisible captcha

Problem/Motivation

This is about implementing support for the invisible recatcha v2. The D8 issue is here: ✨ Integrate Invisible reCAPTCHA option from Google Needs work

Proposed resolution

Make the D7-patch from the other issue release ready.

Remaining tasks

  • Find a solution for handling file upload buttons.

User interface changes

  • This adds a new sizo option (“invisible”) in the recaptcha admin UI.

API changes

The current patch includes support for a .ignore-captcha class on submit-buttons that can be used to suppress captcha processing on certain buttons.
