Add formatting for All Day events

All day events are defined as 00:00:00 - 23:59:59 and shouldn't omit the time when displayed

- Create a core date range field
- Set the start time to 00:00:00 and end time to 23:59:59, or use the field widget from https://www.drupal.org/project/date_all_day →

Add a formatter to remove the time when an all day event is detected, and render dates spanning multiple days use the date only range formatter

I found an issue when trying the patch in comment #5.
The problem was that it did not apply the format added to the setting All day which caused the wrong date format to be used no matter the setting.
So I have added my changes to the patch from #5.
