Switching network doesn't work properly when multiple fields on page

Problem/Motivation

Switching the selected network doesn't reliably update the prefix on the link field if there are multiple social media fields rendered at once. This is due to the wrapper id being static.

Steps to reproduce

Create a node with two social link fields.

Proposed resolution

use Html::getUniqueId() to ensure the ID is unique.
