I was able to apply this patch for version 1.0.0-rc17
Can confirm the patch applies successfully, and I was able to translate the labels
Entity type labels can be ovverride in both Simple and Complex widget.
Singular label and plural label can't be translated.
I created a patch to translate singular label and plural label.
