Support node reference

Great to see that Taxonomy and Media is supported. But I'm missing the Node references.
The patch provides a start for supporting node references.
Be aware that the content key is changed to content_taxonomy.

This patch is open for discussion and improvements.

    Hey Niles, to me the code works. But my concern here is that you can have issues when you have 2 content entities with the same ID... That will conflict and override options. Still a nice patch tho. But we need to think of the conflicting ID. Thats why I initially splitted content types and vocabularies.
