Allow filtering by multiple values

Problem/Motivation

This validator does not consider the case when there are multiple values in the contextual filter, when the option 'Allow multiple values' is filled.
Examples: "Potatoe+apple+Tomatoe", "Potatoe,apple,Tomatoe"

Steps to reproduce

Add a multiple contextual filter that use "Taxonomy term name as ID" argument validator.

Proposed resolution

Adapt 'Taxonomy term name as ID' plugin so that it allows multiple categories.

Yeah, this isn't a bug. ;)

Let's focus on ✨ Allow multiple terms and duplicated names Needs review . Officially closing this one as a duplicate.

Patch from 2979312 didn't work for me when I add taxonomy terms with spaces in the names. This patch still works, so I've just rerolled the MR. I don't want to lose my time discussing this issue.
