Modal form actions no longer fixed positioned

Problem/Motivation

We have a website with some automated tests, we were using a very old set of modules (like from 2-3 years ago) and noticed while upgrading our tests for the file browser modal stopped working. Upon inspection it seems that the CSS classes to fix the modal actions to the screen is no longer applied, meaning you have to scroll to the bottom in order to find the submit button.

Steps to reproduce

Entity Browser settings (general):

  • display: modal
    • width: 1100
    • height: 650
    • leave auto open checkbox unchecked
  • widget selector: tabs
  • selection display: no selection display

Entity Browser settings (Widget):

  • view
  • no auto submit
  • view: File Entity Browser: Entity Browser

Now when browsing through the files, given you have quite some media in the library, the button to submit will appear at the bottom of the modal.

Fix the logic that applies the class to the form actions.
