Add modifier to trim token length

@iwant2fly and @klonos, do either of you still require this for D7 or can I bump this to the latest v2.0.x release (for D8/9/10)?

I also have a use case for this. (D10)

Base on idea of token_modifier, i write module https://www.drupal.org/project/token_eca_alter →

Combine Token with ECA → allow you can easy alter, modify exist value of any token.

Working on change for 2.0.x branch

Example usage is: [token-modifier:length:45:node:title] | [site:name]
