Filter for who owns lock

The motivation is to create a filter to identify who currently owns the lock on content or entity.

I need a filter created, similar to the 'Is Locked' filter, but would tell you what user has he content locked. A 'Locked By' filter, if you will.

Revisited and now see what was request. Think this will be made better by ✨ Continuation Add Views EntityReference filter to be available for all entity reference fields Needs work vs an autocomplete field.
