Hello Maksym! Please be informed Paragraphs jQuery UI Accordion has been ported to Backdrop. You can find the Backdrop version on https://github.com/backdrop-contrib/paragraphs_jquery_ui_accordion. If they are interested in supporting the Backdrop version, you are welcome to take over or co-maintain the module.
