Add "Usage" link to the entity operation links

Here is a re-roll for current project code (>= 8.x-2.0-beta8). Unfortunately I again wasn't able to create an interdiff due to the reordered use statements in entity_usage.module, but this was also the only patch hunk that failed and has been restored manually.
