Remove gauge option from Chart.js

Do we still want to remove the gauge option? It looks like chartjs makes a gauge by cutting a doughnut in half.

I think this is actually handled already by the library class attributes.

Charts_chartjs does not have an option for a gauge. The chartjs library does have a Gauge; it is a doughnut with 180 degree circumference.

Since Chartjs has a gauge type, should it be added?
