Views are not showing up from blocks like exposed filters and masquerade block, language switcher

Everything works as intended when not logged in (annonymous user) and when logged in as authenticated user it works as well. When logged in as admin I don't see my views from my masquerade block and exposed filter language switcher. I have already checked my permissions at the block structure.

Problem only occurs when selecting E-store as theme, when switching to normal bartik or seven everything shows as normal
