Gift card should generate standard commerce events

I agree that having these events totally makes sense, but eventually Core Entity API already has such CRUD events? Did you check that?
Just to be sure... otherwise +1 to add this!

 *     "event" = "Drupal\commerce_giftcard\Event\GiftcardEvent",
 *     "storage" = "Drupal\commerce_giftcard\GiftcardStorage",
