Date picker no longer works with date range filters

I think since 🐛 Fix label visibility and add wrapper container for exposed numeric/date filters with multiple form elements Fixed , the date picker no longer works for exposed filters with multiple form elements, e.g. date field with "Is between" / "Is not between" operator.

Install Drupal
Edit the admin/content view
Add an exposed filter for 'Authored on' with operator 'Is between' and configure it to use BEF and the JQuery UI date picker
See the date picker does not appear
Edit exposed filter to select operator 'Is equal to'
See the date picker does appear as expected

Ensure the date picker works with the updated form markup.

Did this get included in 8.x-5.2? I still see this issue in 8.x-5.2.
