Currently generated gift card codes use a hard coded formatting (lowercase). Store owners each have their own requirements on the format of codes. A store owner needs to manually create codes if they want codes to be UPPERCASE or lowercase, if they want to add spaces or dashes between groups of characters, and other formatting requirements.
Add code formatting options to gift card types to use during code generation and validation.
