There is no gift card code validation when adding a single gift card in the admin UI

I think this will be fixed with ✨ Move the validation logic to a constraint validator plugin Active . so maybe the information from here can be moved over and this one could be closed as duplicate?

When I wrote this issue there was no help text and seemingly no validation code implemented. If this has changed then this issue is obsolete.

Even once autofill is implemented we still need to ensure the entered code is valid

I agree we should keep this open and needs to be resolved.
