Users should be able to choose if the background colour is used to override the button colours

Adds the feature above while adding incorporating Drupal 10 fixes from 📌 Automated Drupal 10 compatibility fixes Fixed .

Also:

• Added a hook to alter the supported simplelogin path URLs.
• Added config schema for the simplelogin settings.

Can this please be tagged as a release candidate if possible?

I am working an D10 release right now (version 7.0.x). This merge request combines the new feature and the D10 compatibility, which is already a part of another MR.

So please reroll this patch to version 7.0.x, and I will take a look at it.

I believe that the possibility to overwrite the button via CSS is sufficient.
To get a custom login, you will have to work on the template and the CSS quite fast.

But we will see if other users need the feature too.
