\Drupal\dropzonejs\UploadHandler::getFilename sanitizes the filename manually, but could use the service in the transliterate_filenames module to do that.
I have added an optional setter-injection to use this service instead of manually sanitizing the name.
I did not add the optional dependency to the info.yml file, because then the patch will not be applicable with composer anymore (because drupal.org packaging adds a version number to that file which is not present in the patch)
