Patch provided in module has bugs which is taken from here https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/2685749 📌 Add a 'machine_name' widget for string field types with a UniqueField constraint Needs work .
Error logged:
Exception: Serialization of 'Closure' is not allowed in serialize() (line 14 of /var/www/dep/docroot/core/lib/Drupal/Component/Serialization/PhpSerialize.php).
Port 1.x version of module to Drupal 9 until a proper fix/patch is included to Drupal core.
