Create Context for statistcs module and the word view

Problem/Motivation

The statistics module counts node views. but in context it counts hits and not views so in any language the word views is the wrong meaning for hit because they use a different wird for viewed one time two times and so forth there must be the abillity to use a different word.

German Example: 1 View more than one view 1 Ansicht 2 Ansichten 3 Ansichten ,,,
in context of node view count

1 Aufruf 2 Aufrufe 3 Aufrufe...

As you can see you do not even to know the language to notice the difference

Steps to reproduce

Install Drupal in any language where view and hit are not the same
enable statistics module
enable node count
enable node count view block
place it some where
see it's the wrong word

Proposed resolution

patch statistics module so that an other word can be used in drupal 8 and 9

Statistics is approved for removal. See 🌱 [Policy] Deprecate Statistics module in D10 and move to contrib in D11 Fixed

This is now Postponed. The status is set according to two policies. The Remove a core extension and move it to a contributed project → and the Extensions approved for removal → policies.

It will be moved to a contributed Statistics project once the project is created and the Drupal 11 branch is open.
