Believe this could be a dup of 🐛 Title exclusion is overridden if Layout Builder layout has title field RTBC anyone here want to verify if that fixes their issue.
'Exclude Node Title' boolean is overridden if the corresponding entity Layout is edited (via `Layout`) and saved, returning the setting to `false`.
1. Enable the `Exclude Node Title` on an entity.
2. Click Save on entity.
3. For the entity, select the `Layout` to edit the entity-specific Layout.
4. Make no changes, and click `Save configuration`.
5. Entity title should now reappear, and clicking Edit will now show the setting unchecked.
