Support ability to display day of week in RangeFormatter

The attached patch follows this module's logic in the single date formatter to only apply the day-of-the-week value if the date is within the current week, addressing the consideration raised in #5, above.

Confirming when 'Display day of the week' is checked, the day of the week is displayed. If the date range spans different weeks, the day of the week is not displayed. Setting to RTBC.
